End
Game
There
is no God, I was asked to take part in a game.
Within
this game were Twelve Players much like myself.
But
we weren’t the same, in fact we were different
Each
of us had differing views of the world
Each
of us had differing abilities as well
I
was asked to win the game by God himself, Deus Ex Machina he calls himself
From
within the Cathedral of Causality he beckons me,
I
follow for it is the only action I can take; I am suspicious of his intentions.
From
within the Cathedral of Causality I have found him, resting in his throne
What
happened next was an event that I could not alter.
With
his dying word he has bestowed upon me the remnants of his power,
With
his dying words he has elicited me to kill the interloper.
Restore
balance to the game I will.
For
who better to withstand the might of a God,
Than
one who does not believe in God.
