Enlightenment

This is one of my short stories focused mainly on the aspect of description. Honestly it was interesting writing this story and even coming up with the concept considering the fact that I got the idea from a song I happened to be listening to at the time. To sum it up its basically a man foghting against his own nortality. The Journey is set on another planet in the middle of a war between the Humans and this parasytic alien species. The lone agent must enter the lair of he tyrant king and make humanity's last stand. Problem is he gets more than he could hope for. Hope you enjoy it...
